From MuvEnum :MuvEnum Address Bar is the ultimate replacement for the missing address bar in Windows XP SP3. It recreates the experience of the original address bar with auto-completion while adding many new features, including a system-wide hotkey, that allows you to quickly open Web pages, navigate to favorites, start programs, search the Internet, and more from you Windows Taskbar.
Version 2.1 has updated NSIS installer to latest version to remove antivirus false positives.
What's new in this version:
Version 2.1 added support for Environment Variables, System Loccations, Favorites, Quick Search Aliases, History, and Inline Auto-Completion.

"Much promise. No Performance!"
Pros: Easy download and installation. HOWEVER!!
Cons: Fails to show up on Task Bar after installation. Gave up after repeated attempts. A prime example of an "exercise in futility".

"No Trojans In Installer: False Positives Identified!"
Pros: We have identified that Avast is reporting false positives. You can verify this by running the installer through VirusTotal.
We have updated the Nullsoft installer to v2.38 from v2.37 which has removed the false positives. This updated version will be up on download.com shortly. In the meantime, you can download the updated version from our website.
If you installed the software previously and it doesn't show up for you, this was because Avast messed with the installation. The new updated installer will correct this issue.

"WARNING ! TROJANS INCLUDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"
Cons: TROJANS ! TROJANS ! My Avast caught them. I don't know if the puter has to be rebooted for this to work. If not, no address bar here.
I think I'm going to off SP3. It's already caused more than an hour's worth of problems.
