(From Thierry Escande ):MusicTones supports mp3, wav, aac and amr file formats which could be imported into the application and then be used for incoming call ringtone or new sms alert. You can cut and crop parts of the files and load them into the device memory. MusicTones is supported by Treo 600, 650, 680, and 700p. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

"Does what you need for ringtones"
Pros: Imports aac files as ringtones
Cons: Gives the option of importing mp3's as well, but that only imported a filename with a non-working file into my ringtones.

Cons: couldn't get it to work. download to computer, synced to treo 600, then says, " can't load codecMgr Library. the application will now terminate.
