Version: MusicBridge 1.6.2
Pros: Syncs iTunes and WMP; easy to use; you can download song info using WMP and MusicBridge will have it all synced to iTunes.
Cons: The first time used, some song ratings didn't sync properly. Did not sync album art downloaded by iTunes.

Pros: Obviously the fact that you don't have to rename your entire music library when transferring between iTunes and WMP. It's fast and efficient.
Cons: Haven't come across any so far...I don't need anything more than it does.

Pros: One-of-a-kind program for syncing playlists between iTunes and Windows Media Player
Cons: Currently has some work-arounds in Vista. Some playlist sync functions don't always work (i.e., "All Music" playlist in WMP11 doesn't seem to sync)
