From Florian Heidenreich :Mp3tag is a powerful and yet easy-to-use tool to edit Tags of MP3, Ogg Vorbis, Musepack, Monkey's Audio, FLAC, and WavPack files. It can rename files based on the tag information, replace characters or words from tags and filenames, import/export tag information, and create playlists. The program supports online freedb database lookups for selected files, allowing you to automatically gather proper tag information for selected files or CDs.

"I tried several free apps, and this one worked well."
Pros: It will tag mp3 files in mass and individually.
Cons: Not very intuitive and it took a while to understand the internet search.
Summary: Once I got past the learning phase, I like the app and the internet db search works well.

"I just luv it when someone truly creative comes along!"
Pros: Yet another huge time saver. Congrats and thanx to the creator, who clearly thinks ahead and is on the ball. Already he's come out with 2 later versions, v2.42b, v2.42c. And, as its FREE, we should be especially grateful.
Cons: I have to admit I haven't used it enough yet to find any, but it is gonna be useful for my website designing.

"Excellent price (free) and features abound"
Pros: Can be used in simple form or advanced with "scripts" as desired by the user. Very fast. I use it heavily to tag audio book files of which there could be hundreds for a single book.
Cons: Help files are a bit hard to find things (a single help file would solve this).
Summary: I love the tool and thank the creator for providing it to the community at large.
