Firefox 3 Beta is based on the new Gecko 1.9 Web rendering platform, which has been under development for the past 27 months and includes nearly 2 million lines of code changes, fixing more than 11,000 issues. Gecko 1.9 includes some major re-architecting for performance, stability, correctness, and code simplification and sustainability. Firefox 3 has been built on top of this new platform resulting in a more secure, easier to use, more personal product with a lot under the hood to offer website and Firefox add-on developers. Version 3 beta 3 improved Malware Protection, features New Web Forgery Protection page, and Add-ons and Plugin version check.

Pros: It is still Firefox, and Firefox rules.
Cons: My extensions were not compatible due to the lack of interest from the makers of the extensions, but once this hits the real deal all the extensions will be updated and the world will be at peace once again.

"Some of the chages I do not like"
Cons: 1. They moved the "Home" button to the Bookmark Taskbar
2. They changed the way you save passwords for sites
3. Crashes quite frequently (including twice while trying to do this review)
4. You can not drag from to address bar to save a bookmark
5. Sometimes when I close it, it still is running in the background
6. It is still a huge memory user and freezes up a lot
I truly recommend major work before fully releasing version 3.

Pros: The feature is okey...but sadly speaking...
Cons: i can't read my mail using Y.M., there's a warning note keep flashing in my screen..and wants to turn to MAIL CLASSICS..
