If you're lucky, the conversion might work the way you expected
Cons
A totally and perfectly unusable user interface. It is close to impossible to correctly and consistently instruct this program what to do. Completely indiscernible on bright-on-dark themes. Does not run at all on restricted accounts.
Summary
The only really positive thing to say about this program is that it "basically works". However, the way to making this program do anything is paved with roadside bombs. Beware!

Cons
It would have been nice if downloads could be resumed if there is an interruption. Now it starts over from the beginning again. In a few cases haven't the program been able to download from some sites.

If this doesn't work for you, I'm at a loss for words.
This blows away real player's downloader, video download helper, FLV downloader and every other video downloading program I've tried which is literally a dozen.
This is the best downloader available PERIOD.
Every so often it dogs my connection but nothing too severe and I can't complain since it's due to the fact that it's downloading sometimes a 6-700 mb file in about 20 minutes. -
