"Great product, very poor support"
Pros: The software works with incredible ease.
Cons: I have only been able to succesfully complete about 50% of my tasks. I have sent approximately 10 emails to support requesting assistance. I have sent the last email asking for a refund. I have yet to receive 1 response from Modavi.
Summary: Do to lack of support and or response, unless you have a degree in software programming, do not buy it.

Version: Movavi VideoSuite 6.1.3
"Good program: Customer Service not so good"
Pros: This is a good program that is fairly easy to use and does the job.
Cons: I had to reinstall my windows program due to a virus. This was not the fault of Movai, however, when I tried to get my program setup sent to me it was a nightmare that still is not taken care of.
Summary: It's my gut feeling this is a small operation and the people seem nice, however, they have issues regarding getting previous versions of their products to users who may need to reinstall their product for whatever reason.

Pros: Looks pretty.
Cons: WOW! What a piece of JUNK. The DVD burner doesn't work. It just crashes the program. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
