Pros: nice, easy and fast. supports all formats I need. the only thing missing is format for my creative zen vision player. but support promised to add it.

"Good software"

Pros: The newer version is even better then the older one. I just bought zune for my grand son and needed the converter and found that the converter has the feature. Glad to buy again.
