  "NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! A RIP OFF!"

  Pros: STABLE EFFICTIVE SOFTWARE

  Cons: i bought convertmovie first, workedgreat, had to redownload because of pc problems, and i got no answer from customer support(even though i bought the extended download at an extra charge!Well, i really needed it again, so i purchased The "suite" with extended download at xtra charge.needed to redownload after 6 months, and still Not a single response From customer service after repeated requests to help use my purchased xtended download! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Im going to report these folks for ripping me off on 2 extended download services

  "easy interface. Horrible upgrade policy. but freeward does the same"

  Pros: easy interface and works well, when it does work. Customer support was good but awful management.

  Cons: Doesn't always work due to different bit rats on different products and manual offers nothign for more advanced settings so you can't do anything.

  Solution is to get the latest version. But they change versions every 3 to 6 months and then tell you that you must pay to get them. So to get functionality back you have to pay again. IT'S A RIP OFF!

  There are many free converters out there if you do some searching. A bit harder to use but at least you're not paying another bundle of money every 4 months so you can make use of the product. In my books, charging customers repeatedly and regularly so they can have something that works is just plain cheating.

  Look for something else somewhere else.

  "Just 30% of below average"

  Pros: I uninstalled it promptly.

  Cons: I didn't notice the 30% limitation until I tried it. Didn't get close to use it ... let alone rate it. If they want us to try the software for a limited time, we should get a decent 100% product. Otherwise, it's just a waste of time. There are plenty of products online that's 100% even with watermarks etc.,... at least we'll be able to rate it much better. In other words, 30% of crap is still crap.
