THERE WAS NONE WHATSOEVER, EXCEPT THAT I FOUND THEIR COMPETITOR THAT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT THEY PROMISE.

THEY PROMISED A CODE, INSTEAD THE SENT A SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT WORK. CUSTOMER SUPPORT DID NOTHING TO HELP, BUT INSTEAD GAVE ME THE RUN-AROUND AND GAVE RIDICULOUS EXCUSES, SUCH AS SUGGESTING THAT GOOGLE OR MY BANK WAS HOLDING MONEY, THAT THEY HAD TECHNICAL ISSUES, THAT THERE WAS A SOFTWARE UPDATE, ETC. ONCE I GOT TIRED AND TOO AGGRAVATED, I CONTACTED A COMPETITOR (UNLOCKUNIT.COM). UNLOCKUNIT SENT ME A CODE THAT WORKED WITHIN AN HOUR FOR HALF THE COST. GLOBAL UNLOCK STOLE MY MONEY, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY MY TIME AND PATIENCE.

Honestly, I'm so angry with these people at global unlock. They took my money and promised an unlock code, instead I got asked to download this program. After wasting 4 days trying to get it to work (getting one liners from their technical support that say "your not following the right instructions") I have given up. I want to warn everyone I can about these people, they are con-artists. -
