This freeware screensaver works, but misses a chance to be more useful. Mihov Blank Screen's simple interface is merely a context menu of choices that provides all the help you need in using the program. It installs easily enough, but we're not sure why the publisher didn't choose to make it an executable instead. It seems like overkill to take the trouble to install a program that is basically a screensaver.
Operation is a piece of cake. From the menu you simply choose one of the four basic colors and the screen immediately changes to that color. There is one choice that flashed the color from green to white. Use that combination only if you want to irritate your cube mates. To close the program you can hit escape or right-click the screen.
This a free program and easily uninstalled if it fails to impress you. Any level user can operate Mihov Blank Screen, but we doubt many will find a compelling reason to keep it.

Version: Mihov Blank Screen 1.3
Pros: It's free...
Cons: I cannot see where this util accomplishes anything in addition to what 'blank screen.scr' does, and that has been around for at least 8 years or more. In addition, 'blank screen.scr' accomplishes what this 'Blank Screen' does, and uses only 10k of disk space to do so...
