From Midicode :

This program provides an oscilloscope style output trace from any Windows sound source and a spectrum analysis of that signal. It is intended to provide harmonic analysis of musical signals. The program includes a storage feature to capture up to 5 minutes of audio then analyse the stored signal. You can listen to the stored signal in its entirety or any portion of it. There are facilities to find zero crossing points to create sample loops which can then be written to file. The time base is continuously variable on a sample by sample basis from 5 milliseconds to 200 milliseconds. Sample rates up to 96 KHz are supported. There is a data view for numerical analysis of sample data.
