From Microsoft :Microsoft has released a Windows 2000 patch that prevents the The GetEffectiveRightsFromAcl function from returning the "1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAIN" message when one of the access control entries (ACEs) in the Access Control List (ACL) parameter contains a domain global group security identifier (SID).
