From Microsoft :

The Office 2000 UA Control Update eliminates a security vulnerability in the Microsoft Office 2000 family of suites and programs, including PhotoDraw? 2000, Publisher 2000, Microsoft Project 2000 and FrontPageŽ 2000. Since the existing control could allow potential damaging actions by malicious hackers, Microsoft recommends that all Office 2000 users install this update. For corporate users, we recommend that you first contact your system administrators before applying any update. For additional technical details on this update, please see the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS00-034.
