From Microsoft :The Microsoft Agent Character Editor enables you to compile character animations for use with Microsoft Agent. The program lets you define your animations by importing Windows bitmap images and setting their duration. You also have the option to include branching, sound effects, and speaking overlays. In addition, this program lets you define a character's name and description, as well as output options that include text-to-speech capabilities, synthesized voice output, pop-up menu support, and word balloon design.

Summary: At first I had problems using it.It actually took me ages before I could use it.It is NOT easy,and that enoyed me a lot.In the end,when you get used to it and know what to do.....than it can be good result.But be patience.
