This basic countdown timer doesn't offer a wide range of features, but it does help you monitor your child's reading sessions. Michelle Reading Timer's skinnable interface offers fields to enter the book title, author, and number of pages, and specify the length of the reading session. There's also a check box if you'd like to add entries to a simple-text log file. When the designated time has ended, an alarm sounds, and if the log file is checked, you'll be prompted to enter the number of pages completed. The log is kept in the program's folder and updates automatically for each new month. It shows the date, time, book, author, and number of pages read. Though the included Word file is fairly brief, the program is easy enough to use without in-depth guidance. Overall, Michelle Reading Timer can help any parent monitor the time his or her child spends reading.Publisher's description

"The Only One Product On The Web That Tracks Kids Reading Activities & Log Them."
Pros: The Nice Formatted Log sheet that can be printed from the notepad. The simple pretty screens, Even My seven years old Knows how to deal with the program. The supplied skins are nice. If you get sick of the alarm sound you can easy change it. Also the program remember all your settings including the last book you were reading. The mood icon is a nice incentive for my kid!
