From MedianSoft :

MedianSoft Joiner-Converter is video-joining, conversion, and editing software. With this program you can merge or split all AVI (including DivX), WMV, ASF, VOB, DAT, and MPEG files and add digital photos to AVI, MPEG, DVD, SVCD, or VCD files. Entire files as well as selected parts can be joined, even if the files are in different formats. Also, you can cut segments from video files and extract soundtracks from videos in their entirety or in portions. You also can join, cut, and convert audio files. Joiner-Converter can be used as a regular video converter, and with its help you can easily convert AVI, MPEG, and WMV files to MPEGs, or to AVIs (including DivX and XviD).
