From MedianSoft :

MedianSoft Joiner-Converter is not merely video-joining, conversion, or DV-capturing software. With this program you can merge or split all AVI (including DivX), WMV, ASF, VOB, DAT, and MPEG files, and add digital photos to AVI, MPEG, DVD, SVCD, or VCD files. Entire files as well as selected parts can be joined, even if the files are in different formats. You can insert several types of transitions between clips or segments. Also, you can cut segments from video files. The DV-capturing module was added to make the program even more convenient, and this software also can be used as a regular video converter. You can easily convert AVI, MPEG, and WMV files to MPEGs, or MPEGs, AVIs, and WMVs to AVIs.

Version 3.0 adds a skin system and fixes minor bugs.
