From MedianSoft :

MedianSoft Joiner-Converter allows merging and/or splitting all AVI (including DivX), WMV, ASF, VOB, DAT, MPEG files and digital photos to one AVI, MPEG, DVD, or VCD file. You can merge whole files or selected parts, even if the files are in different formats. You can insert transitions (several types) between clips or segments. Also, you can create movies from photos, with transitions and voice/music backgrounds. Joiner-Converter can also be used as a regular video converter to convert files from one type to another. With its help you can easily convert AVI to MPEG, WMV to MPEG, or MPEG to AVI, WMV to AVI.

Version 2.7.5 added large files support (> 4Gb) and fixed Save/Load projects bug.
