From MedianSoft :

Video conversion software supporting multiple types of video converting. MedianSoft Joiner-Converter converts all AVI (including DivX), WMV, ASF, VOB, DAT, MPEG files, and digital photos to one AVI/MPEG/DVD/VCD file. You can merge whole files or selected parts, even if the files are in different formats. You can insert transitions (several types) between clips or segments. Also, you can create movies from photos, with transitions and voice/music backgrounds. Moreover, this provides you with preview during the conversion and lets you select the frame size and rate, set up NTSC or PAL for the output file. Version 2.6.5 fixes some minor bugs.
