Pros: My laptop got stolen, and on top of losing that, I thought I had lost my iTunes music as well. MediaWidget in a couple of clicks pulled all of the music off of my ipod and back onto my new Laptop. Saved the day!

Pros: I used this product to recover some music that had "disappeared" off of my iPod. but I also found it great for using my iPod between my work and home pc, copying/sharing music from my friend's ipods, and looks like it has a back-up and restore. Good product at a fair price
Cons: At first i didn't realize that I needed to set the enable disk use flag on my Pod - but a quick email to the company, and they answered my question. But they could have a quick start guide or better online help.

Pros: Nice interface
Cons: This erased iPod's data. My pc got stolen.
This gave no warning that it would remove data. I tried to do a test transfer of one playlist that had 10 songs. The transfer seemed fine until I saw that my iPod said it had no data after the transfer.Summary: Use at your peril.
