"Paid for software. Never issued correct code to unlock."
Pros: Beware of this company.
Cons: Beware Bootstrap Development.
Summary: I paid the 24.95 to download and received an email with a link and a registration number. I downloaded the program and tried the code and received a message that the code was invalid.

"Poor customer service. Stick with free client."
Pros: Gets all your music off your ipod and maintains file and name structure. This is really helpful when you switch computers or your hard drive crashes and you're left without a back up.
Cons: The free client will only allow you to download 10 songs at a time. A tedious task if you have a lot of music. Also the free client only allows you to download music, and not videos.
Summary: I cannot review the purchased client because I was never able to download it. After 3 attempts, I hit my download limit. I contacted customer support several times and only received one email back saying to try again. I tried again, and it still fai... read more >>
