"Couldn't get it to recognize my ipod"
Pros: Nothing to like since I couldn't configure my ipod successfully.
Cons: It's obvious what i didn't like. This program stinks if it doesn't work.

"Terrible program, horrible suppoert"
Pros: I could never get it to run, tried to contact support, never got reply. The system offers no more than itunes gives free with ipod and itune software.
Cons: Never hear from company on support or refund for bogus product. Save your money and sanity by NOT wasting your time on this software. I will give anyone mine free.

"Easy and functions as advertised."
Pros: No frills, does what it says, inexpensive at $19.
Cons: Media Widget is fine. I purchased it to replace CopyTrans (formerly CopyPod), which was a minor nightmare.
After payment of my $19, CopyTrans left me in a perpetual loop of telling me to pay; it downloaded albums even when told to download songs; it failed to grab album art and Copy Trans support refused me a refund even after I submitted my logs as part of a week-long childish dialougue.
CopyTrans was a real poor choice on my part. Don't make the same mistake. Go with Media Widget. It's simple and it works.
