Version: MediaRecover 4.0.1
Pros: It was fast.
Cons: The demo showed the thumbnails of my lost photos and I got so excited. I ordered right away. Used the software and could not even see the thumbnails of my photos nor could I preview them. Called the customer service who told me I could send it in for $175 less the $30 I spent on the software to see if they could recover my images. There is no guarantee or money back. I did not see a place on the demo where it said just because you see the thumbnail here does not mean we can recover the actual images. I'm not very happyy and my daughter is disappointed. TRY another company with a guarantee!!
