"Best CD/DVD/Floppy recovery software I've ever seen."
Pros: I guess this is the most featured software. It includes DataBase, damadged area visualisation, rapid data recovery mode.
Cons: Some features are not clear (for example, Remote Recovery feature)

"Its a good product for copying damaged data locked up on CDs"
Pros: I have used it only to copy damaged data from a CD and what it did impressed me. Unlike the normal copy-paste method, it copied the entire contents even after experiencing bad sectors on the CD. This helped me retrieve some of my pictures from the CD which would otherwise have been lost. I cannot really comment on the data recovery part though. I am yet to use the software for that purpose. The interface is very straight forward too and carries instructions on the home page of the application. Should definitely be easy to use and operate.
Cons: None so far.
