Pros
I don't see any.
Cons
This is nothing but a simple wrapper which passes the parameters to ffmpeg.exe. No progress event or any other even to help developers. Anyone who can spend a few minutes on ffmpeg site don't need this component.

Pros
i was able to convert any type of videos in other formats without learning abc of ffmpeg. moreover, now i can prove my ownership on my videos by watermarking on them. Thanks to Media Manager Pro!

hmmm... will have to check, really i couldnt find them till now.
