"very precise"
Version: MedHelp's Exercise Tracker 6.0
Pros
over time it shows you what your rountine look like weather progress or the lack there of.
Cons
this can even tell you what is the best ime to work out(over time) when you need more sleep when your not eating right! it will even tell you the nutritional values so you can track your calories, carbs, farts in a day whatever...
Summary
you have to be interested enough to type all this stuff in. easy if your just tracking a work out or weight but if you wanna be more technical and add your meals throughout the day after day i sugest you get a notepad to log everything you put in you mouth and log it in on the tracker. it would be well worth it in my opinion because over time you can see the ups and downs of every hour in the day to day life and thats were you can make necessary changes!

"Perfect tool to track my exercise schedule"
Version: MedHelp's Exercise Tracker 6.0
Pros
Very easy to use. Wide range of exercises to track. Automatically calculates calories burned. Ability to track symptoms, like soreness or muscle pain is very helpful. Flexible privacy settings.
Cons
Could use some more robust email reminders. Would be nice to see a longer date range in the same screen
Summary
Overall, I am very pleased with MedHelp's exercise tracker. At first I was doing it to just see what calories I was burning, but it has become a lot more. One of the best unintended bonuses of this is that as you use it, you can really *see* when you are beginning to slack. Visually seeing no exercise (and no calories burned) in 4 days is a big reminder and helps get my motivated to get out there an exercise. I especially like the ability to track muscle and joint soreness to see if I'm pushing too hard and then also track what I'm taking to help it.
Another nice thing is MedHelp updates this every other week or so, so it's constantly getting better. I also use the Weight tracker they have which fits in nicely.
Really easy to use and update. Slick tool that has become part of my exercise routine. Highly recommended.
