From Mayura Software :Play chess against your computer using Mayura Chess Board. Beginner, intermediate and expert levels of play are supported. Beginners will find plenty of assistance. Mayura Chess Board can optionally highlight squares to which a piece can be moved, and highlight undefended and attacked pieces. Expert players will be challenged by the included Sjeng chess engine.
Players at all levels will appreciate features such as animated piece movement, arrow to indicate last computer move and unlimited undo/redo. Version 2.0.0.2 is compatible with many freely downloadable chess engines.

"this game is good if your a kid learning to play chess"
Pros: its not that bad it wont teach you very much its just a simply chess game
i give it a 2 out of 10
i beat it easy it has a playing power of say 1200 to 1400 rateing that about it
not much to look at
you could walk into ant wallmark and buy a better one for say $10
and you can play people online or go to yahoo chess its free and you can talk to
people if you want
Cons: i would not down load it if i was you king of boreing
no real power in the game
its a wimp game just for low rateing players

Version: Mayura Chess Board 2.0.0.2
Cons: I just downloaded Mayura Chess Board 2.0.0.2. I opened the ZIP file. Inside there's all kinds of files: ChessSetup.msi, InstMsiA.Exe, InstMsiW.Exe, Setup.Exe, Setup.Ini. When I run the InstMsi* files, it says "Incorrect operating system". When I run the Setup files, it says I need .NET Framework 2 and opens Internet Explorer and ask me to download a 22 MB file. No, thank you.
