MaxImum BASIC is a easy to use BASIC programming language for MacOS X. It's syntax is easy to learn, and it has a compiler. This is a beginner's programming language, not for experts. Difference between this and languages like Chipmunk BASIC is that there is a compiler.

What's new in this version:

  • The price has been lowered to $7.50
  • There are some new commands as well.
    • EDIT$ allows you to let the user enter text in the textmode
    • console,MSGBOX is now a MaxImum BASIC style MSGBOX
    • SYSSTYLEMSGBOX produces a system-style MSGBOX
