Max Net Shield 2.1 is an antispy software, adware, spyware, and key-logger application with the ability to clear and clean your Internet history. It also provides file encryption and system spyware prevention. The Stealth feature hides the operation of this advanced detection system. The program erases the site address bar, the recent files list, your cache, cookies, Favorites, history logs, and autocomplete Web addresses. You have the ability to save selected cookies from the elimination. The spy software/adware scan detects and eliminates more than 200 hidden programs, including Gator, Xupiter, Spector, Spy Buddy, and iSpyNow. It scans the entire PC including memory, the Windows Registry, and all drives. The shield feature prevents certain types of malicious adware from entering your system. The new version adds a spyware shield, cookie selection, and stealth features.
