From WebToGo Mobiles Internet :Now you can send a message as e-mail and an SMS or MMS in one go. SMS/MMS and e-mail messages are saved in folders, where they can be categorized and used. The integration with the handheld address book allows senders to be identified and recipients selected. SMS or MMS, like an e-mail can be sent to one or more recipients at a time. MailToGo supports multi-part messages, which means that SMS is no longer restricted to its usual length of 160 characters. MailToGo is available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French. MailToGo supports a broad variety of attachments and offers periodic e-mail check. MailToGo passes attachment types to other applications on your handheld for rendering.
MailToGo lets you send e-mails even when your provider does not - automatically. It also supports not only POP but also IMAP accounts - to take your mail with you on the go. Version 3.0 includes support for SMS and MMS, and full functionality for Treo 600/650. Now you can send faxes.

"This crashed my computer instantly"
Cons: I downloaded it and immediately my computer slowed down. Two days later, I couldn't access Windows at all. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
