"Awful, will not burn, no such thing as tech support"

Pros
I like the format but its useless if I can't burn a dvd
Cons
You try getting a hold of tech support. If I knew I would be dealing with digital river I would have never bought it. I am letting paypal help with a refund because all my email attempts are sent back failed. Their telephone number that they tell you to call sends you to morons.
Summary
I agree that Nero Is better and I have used Freemake but they have their own issues. Their user manual in no way reflects the product. If you feel like throwing away 19.95 go ahead and buy it.
Does anyone know of a convertor that really works?
