The nearly infinite flexibility of digital audio has transformed the way many people experience music. This program provides a music listener with the basic tools to extract music from a CD, burn audio and data discs, copy CDs, and convert files between MP3, OGG, WMA, and other formats. The CD-ripping function works well, instantly retrieving disc information from the Net and outputting tracks quickly. However, the software does not allow a user to change audio settings such as bit rate when ripping discs, a critical flaw when other free software such as iTunes provides so much more flexibility. Although a useful and versatile set of tools, this flaw and strict restrictions on the use of the shareware version make Madz CD Duplicator much less attractive than other programs on the market.Publisher's description

Copy one CD to another, including entire copy protected data, software, game, and music CDs. Convert audio files to or from MP2, MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, GSM, DSP, ADPCM, VOX, G-726, and AIFC formats. Control frequency, sound channels, bit rate, and AIFC type during conversion. Instantly retrieve CD, track, and artist info from FreeDB online CD info database. Burner supports write speeds up to 48X. Erase CD-RW discs for reuse. Attach CD, title, track number, artist, year, and genre to audio files using ID3 or ID3V2 tag option. Data CD creator allows use of long file names. Calculate remaining space on CDs for music and data files. Standalone player features full, compact, and icon display modes, choice of skins, and ability to create and save playlists. Replace the background image in player with your own favorite image.
Version 2.0.2 features minor bug fixes and corrections in help file.

Pros: I was looking around for a low cost alternative to Windows Media Player--one that would also allow me to do format conversions. I have tried a variety of different shareware converters, rippers, burners, players, etc., none of which met all of my requirements. Lately, I had been using several different programs to do different things. Then I came across MadZ CD Duplicator here on download.com, so I thought I would give it a try. Not only did this one program meet all of my needs, but it far exceeded my expectations. First, it has a very smartly designed and organized interface. I can tell that some real thought went into the layout. The tools and other features are tightly integrated and make it very easy to use. Also, it is very quick. I can do bulk conversions in the time it took me to do one with other programs. Finally, there are a lot features in this software that are not even mentioned in the description on download.com. In fact, this is one of the most sophisticated programs I have ever found on download.com. So I did not hesitate for a second in buying it and now I use it practically every day. The ability to personalize the player by changing the background photo is an especially nice touch. I keep a picture of my children in it. I strongly recommend this as one of those MUST HAVE programs.

"Great Functionality with Great Look....Amazing"
Pros: A unique product for music lovers my friend recommend this software to me and after install the software I really feel amazed to check the functionality of this unique software you can create cd, convert the format of the files and all this in a single user interface.wowwwww
Madz player that comes absolutely free with this software is really good.It allows adding our own image that is really good and unique feature

"Amazing Software at great price"
Pros: The graphics and outlook of the cd duplicator are pretty nice and catchy.SO many features with in a single interface.The player and the duplicator together give the program a handy touch.Pretty easy to use and manage even for a newbie.I must advice to go for it.
USP for this product is there emai support that is freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
A necesaary software in the system for the users who are bore with normal player.
