It's a good way to catalog your coin collection, but MYDB Coins Admin falls flat in the reports department. You won't need to spend any time learning your way around the simple but neatly organized interface, especially with the sample data to use as a guide.

Adding, editing, and deleting records is easy, and we like the drag-and-drop option to insert images of the coins. The search tool is speedy too, presenting results as soon as you start typing. MYDB Coins Admin collects all of the primary information about your coins, including title, condition, and status (buy, sell, keep), but also gives you 10 fields to customize as you like. You can't import data, but you can export in TXT or CVS formats.

Everything was fine until we got to the reports. They didn't look like anything we'd expect and were generally a mess. You can only create 10 records during trial. Aside from English, the program is also available in German and Portuguese.

If you're only interested in organizing your collection, MYDB Coins Admin fits the bill, but if you need usable reports, you'll want to keep looking.
