From Acoustica :

MP3 To Wave Converter can be used to create custom CDs or enable you to edit the sounds in your favorite editor. Batch-process multiple MP3s with a right-click of the mouse. Version 1.18 added the ability to normalize the volumes of MP3s, convert playlists, and more. This latest update features some bug fixes.

Note: The unregistered version is fully functional for 33 conversions. The shareware registration fee is $14.95.
