MCataloguer is Unicode-based, multipurpose cataloging software for CDs, DVDs, audio CDs, hard-disk folders, and any other accessible media. It uses powerful management tools to search for and access files from within the catalog. The application can read audio-album information, including track titles, lyrics, and cover art from the Internet. It supports text searching; reads audio CD Text, ISRC, and catalog NBR directly from disk; creates thumbnails and saves EXIF information for image files; extracts metadata for audio files; retrieves full-file structures and comments for compressed archives; and extracts internal descriptions for most popular document formats. Many fields can be edited at any one time. Editable content includes file and folder comments, album-related information, and audio-file metadata.

Version 1.2.9 adds a new music-server connection for lyrics and album covers and a lyrics-retrieving option for cataloged albums.
