Pros: I've been in the market for a remote access program for nearly a year. I started with "GoToMyPC" which worked rather well but at $20/month was just too costly for personal use. A few months later I gave "MyWebEx PC" a shot. I was impressed with the UI but found the app to be a bit buggy on my Windows XP machine. Finally I stumbled across "LogMeIn" and what a GREAT find it was! Clean installation, stylish and intuitive UI and (so far) 100% flawless performance with IE6 and Firefox. This compact 9mb program is so well designed that even novice users won't need to spend more than a few minutes reading the help guide. For home/small office users, the default settings should be adequate however those who wish to customize the application or raise security levels will find plenty of available options. The file sharing and file transfer features (Pro version) are fantastic and the vendor offers top notch USA telephone support for all versions. I was so impressed that within 24 hours of downloading the trial version I decided to order the full featured Pro package. Before doing so, I did some searching and was rewarded with a substantial coupon code discount towards a one year pre-paid subscription! Even if you don't think you'll need the "Pro" package, I'd recommend giving it a try. If you haven't subscribed by the time the trial period expires it automatically reverts to the free version so there's really nothing to lose. In any case, the free version is NOT ad supported, contains no malware whatsoever, and never expires so no worries either way.
Cons: None, but if I discover anything worth mentioning I won't hesitate to add a reply comment.

"Much faster than everything else"
Pros: It took me about a minute to set it up and worked on the first attempt. Very impressive. I didn't do any official tests, but it seemed much faster than PC Anywhere and Gotomypc.

Pros: secure and very easy to use...great way to work on my offic computer from home. Saves me from transferring files onto a disk or e-mailing them to myself when i want to work at home.
Cons: expect small amount of lag, but overall im happy with logmein

"this is the best remote access product out in the market"
Pros: very easy to install, took less than 5 mins and less than 30 mins i was hooked up to all 5 of my computers.

"does what it says on the tin and its free, i like it!!"
Pros: Very straight forward, I can access my home pc from the office, my office pc from home, and my mother's pc from either when she has her weekly 'emergency' technical issue. Can't knock it.
Cons: Can't think of anything bad to say about the product, does everything I want it to.
