Pros: This program beats it's competitor GoToMyPC hands down. Why? Because it's FREE! If all you need is remote access to a computer, the free version of LogMeIn does the job.
Cons: How can I complain? It works and it's free!

"Great for supporting remote users"
Pros: I have been using VNC and struggling with dynamic IP addresses for years. LogMeIn makes it easy to support remote users without firewall configuration. I can also set up end users as secondary users on their own computer, giving them easy remote access. Whether you need easy remote access or to support remote systems, I couldn't recommend LogMeIn enough. It's awesome!

Pros: I am amazed with this program. In full screen mode I forget which PC I am on. Most of the time there is NO lag between what I type and what appears on the remote screen. I would easily pay for this program, but I'm not complaining that it's freeware.

Cons: Takes a long time to download the interface and logon is a pain but hey! It free!
