This spy tool offers a wide array of features for monitoring computer activity, but it isn't entirely secure. Local Keylogger Pro's functional interface lets you customize the program's settings and view screenshots and log reports. It operates in stealth mode and is quickly called out of hiding using a hot key combination and a password.
The program accurately captured keystrokes, clipboard data, and launched applications. Its handy screenshot feature can be set to take snapshots of login information, mouse clicks, and user-specified keywords. In addition, it can send log information via e-mail or FTP for remote monitoring. What's more, you can choose to monitor specific users or applications, block specific programs, or disable antispyware applications. Stealth mode enables administrators to conceal the program, blocking it from common methods of exposing or terminating it.
Unfortunately, instead of typing in the master password every time you attempt to access its interface, Local Keylogger Pro only asks for the password once; this leaves it unprotected after the initial login. Only a seven-day trial is offered. Despite its security flaw, this program's performance is quite impressive, and it will suit any user looking to monitor and control computer activities.

This information can be exported to HTML for convenient viewing in your web browser, or exported to MHT file for analysis. This allows you to see how long users worked with particular programs, how much time they spent in the Internet, what sites they visited, what they typed in e-mails or chats. Version 3.1 has new interface and supports SSL/TLS SMTP servers for email delivery.

Pros: I use it to monitor the kids.
it allows you to set a password for opening it.
It runs invisibly, no one can find it or know its there.
I was impressed with the program quality and with the easy to use interface it has.
Except from monitoring and logging keystrokes, passwords (even these behind the ****), web sits, chats.
I set it to send me the logs by email every 1 hour to my work email address, so that I can know if my children are doing their homework.
The company has a great and efficient support.
I sent them a question and got an answer 30 minutes after I sent it!
If you need monitoring software - choose this one!

Cons: after I downloaded this program my AVG notified me of at least 3 threats an had put them in the virus vault. also when I tried to remove it from my control panel (add/remove programs) it froze it up.
