Product does not work on 3 separate Snow Leopard Macs. Customer support emails bounce from their server - there is no way to get your money back that I can see.
Summary
I downloaded the "freeware" version to find that it only allowed a five-song transfer. Since this is all but useless for anyone with ITunes, I paid for the upgrade. It mounted to all three of my Macs but then did not respond. Mac Snow Leopard (in my experience) does not recognize it as a program. I cannot interact with the Lenogo GUI with my mouse or keyboard. See above for my experience trying to receive a refund. I have seen other postings claiming this is a fraud. Maybe, maybe not. I'm guessing they can't get the product to work with Snow Leopard and are hoping people keep paying until they are shut down. Hope I'm wrong - I'd like my money back, at least. Go with Pod to Mac - works great, totally free - or another brand.

You can only download the first 5 songs from your list. Again you only find this out after you have downloaded and installed the "no limitations" version of the software. Waste of time.
