I ended up having to download another piece of (free!) software to convert the videos to the format that I wanted, but the two pieces of software are automatically linked, so the other one will actually pop up pretty seamlessly whenever I need it..
Summary
Great software. I had tried about 3 or 4 other similar downloads before I found one that actually works, whether the fault lies with the software or me is debatable, but bottom line is that this one is super easy to use, and it does te job every single time! Highly recommended!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD THIS ONE!! :)

The software was intuitive (however I found many that were similar to this platform, so did they just rip it?).
Cons
The software I downloaded was defective and LEAWO would not refund my money.
Summary
Although it was another software I downloaded I'm just letting you know, that if they cannot solve the problem or you find a better alternative to their unusable software, they will not refund you your money.

Summary
First, it installed okay and I had three icons here there and everywhere. Next, when you click one of them to go to Leawo downloader, it goes full screen (I don't need that). I went to YouTube, a favorite music video, and clicked everything I could find to get it to download. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. No download screen appeared asking where to save file and in what format. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.
It's gone now, and I rue that it was a total and complete waste of my time. -

When I finally successfully download a file it seems to be fine.
Cons
Window resizes itself after clicking anything and I have to constantly resize it to the way I want. It should be very simple to use if not for the instability.
