From Little Mobile Creations :Launcher X is a configurable application launcher that replaces the built-in launcher on your Palm Powered Handheld. Manage and organize your applications with a simple drag-drop action. Quick access to common functions using 'Gadget' toolbar. Manage your applications on your memory card. Browse your memory card and rename/copy/delete files and folders. Configure the look and behavior of your UI with Active Skins. Unlike normal skins, which are just face paint, we've gone one step further and put intelligent code into the skin structure so the skin forms in essence the user interface layer for Launcher X. It means the look and behavior of your interface is limited only by the imagination of our skin designers.
Version 1.1 features support for 480x320 Virtual Graffiti, Landscape/Portrait mode (e.g.Tungsten T3, Tapwave Zodiac, Garmin iQue, Sony UX), Treo 600 Signal/Battery indicator, Treo 600 5-way navigator support, Bundled database support, and more.

Pros: Allows organization of your applications into many categories, and gives a readout of battery life & memory space

Pros: I have tried all the launchers. This is my favorite by far. Very simple to navigate. I keep trying the other launchers (Zlauncher, Initiate, etc.) but keep returning to LX.
Cons: Not nearly enough skins.

Summary: Not sure what the TREOuser did wrong, but my Tungsten E loves it. No problems, no hastles. I liked Launcher III and hope that I like Launcher X even more.

Summary: I get to reload the OS on my Treo 600 after installing this! lucky me... it flashes the tabbed menu screen and immediately reboots my Treo 600. Stay away from this product. Be very afraid!
