From LDraw Mac Development:

L3P Launcher is a GUI wrapper for L3P. I wrote it so that I didn't have to run L3P from the command line, looking up all the flags to see what I can do to change it. I also wanted it to quickly send it to POV-Ray, so that I can quickly see different changes.
