it has many file types to choose from, its conversion speed is pretty fast, its great for a hard modded psp. it does everything its suppose to. its the best video converter i've ever had and i've been using it for years.
Cons
the one con i can think of is that i cant find any problems.

any video you convert will look exactly like it did after you convert it every time. its fast its simple its great GET IT!

Spyware-free, small in file size, runs relatively smooth, supports many file types, simple to use, output file retains quality, pretty good converter.
Cons
For some reason, the right edge of the app was cut off within its window. Tried re-sizing its borders, minimizing it, maximizing it, re-installing it, but it remained the same. Still functioned, just found it annoying.
Summary
It did work well, and I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was me who couldn't overcome the con I explained above, whether on my computer or, failing that, in my head. So I can recommend this to others, but I'm afraid I personally have to go with something else.

I can convert all the media files into a single format (avi) with the right codecs so that my xbox 360, portable dvd player, and blackberry all can play the video file....awesome!!! Not sure why some think the conversion is slow....i found it about a 2:1 ratio for the media files I convert....ie for every hour of video it took 30 minutes to convert. Best free product I've used and more user friendly than AVC converter...speed is about the same.

Out of the file formats given, all convert and work well, and in excellent quality. Choose your own bitrate, speed, fps, and other features like converting the file specifically to zune, ipod, or iphone format quickly and no money spent!
Cons
Minimal freezing, and the only freezing is done when you try to click on an unknown file. There should be more updated file formats added to the list.
Summary
Bottom-line is basically that this product is a great investment of time, because you don't have to pay a dime, and you can basically do whatever you want with the product in terms of what file formats are provided. Quick and easy file conversion based on the type of file, and size is not too big, depending on the bit rate you want the video at. Brilliant, really.

Supports a lot of Video formats, really user friendly, editable presets for new users as well as pros, facility for the trimming (helpful to check the status of the encoded video before encoding the full video) the interface is simple and detailed.
Cons
The interface can be more attractive
