    "Great Product!"

    July 18, 2012   |   By SteveDiFranco

    Version: Kinemac 1.8.3

    Pros

This software is easy to use and VERY addicting. I like the flexibility as well. As the saying goes, "the possibilities are endless" with Kinemac. As I've learned more about the software, I've gotten myself into a jam and had to email customer service for a solution. These guys respond fast with the right answer for you. Other software companies should take note.

I'm a real, and very satisfied, customer

    Steve DiFranco

    Cons

    None that I've found.

    Summary

Great product, great service, at a realistic price. Thank you.

    "This is amazing software."

    May 31, 2011   |   By videocc

    Version: Kinemac 1.8.3

    Pros

In addition to the great software and updates, their customer support is world class. It's not only easy but the templates provided are idiot-proof.

    Cons

None that I have seen and the price is so reasonable.

    Summary

Buy this software if you need to do first rate animation and you're not an animation expert.

    "It's eye-candy at it's finest...and easy too!"

    February 23, 2007   |   By steventv

    Version: Kinemac 1.5.1

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
First of all, the developer of this program is VERY responsive to questions and offers help almost as quickly as you can type. He understands this is a program used by many in the broadcasting industry, as well as churches, commercial producers and editors around the world and is VERY supportive of them working with this program. It IS a first rate program.

The program itself is almost unlimited in it's capabilities, whether it be making commercials or just opens for a small show. You can make visually exciting promos or commercials with very little effort. It's eye-candy at it's finest.

If you are a Final Cut editor, I would suggest you see Ken Stone's glowing review here: http://www.kenstone.net/fcp_homepage/review_kinemac.html
Since his review, (v1.0) it has grown to version 1.5.1 and has MANY improvements with many more on the way.

Still not sure? Look in the templates area and you'll see many templates to choose from to get you started, and these will be growing very soon with many additional templates in the pipeline. No more learning complex 3D programs or difficult After Effects plug-ins to use. It's simple to work with and you can be up and running right away. The on-line documentation is clear and complete with large pictures to help you get going. Again, if you have a problem, Lorenzo and his team will QUICKLY get you back on track.

With all the 3D programs I have (Lightwave, Strata and Cinema 4D) this is the easiest and quickest way to produce stunning looking graphics and text for video I have found, and at this price, it is money VERY well spent.

What more could you want? It is quick, easy and produces amazing results AND, you'll have great support from the Kinemac team too. You'll be up and running making GREAT looking animations in minutes.

You'll look like a genius and save money too. (Yeah, it's that good)

This is a MUST BUY in my book, try it today, you WON'T be disappointed.

"Needs 5 stars across the board, very exciting..."

    Summary

    ...product!
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I wrote a previous review and must have exceeded the maximum allowed text, as it never showed up. This is a new program, and the developer has already delivered good updates, and promised to keep the upgrades coming. I only have a few suggestions for improvements, and this program is still worth 5 stars all around. I bought it, learned it, and rendered a great looking new logo sequence on it all before my other software finished the equivalent rendering process! It uses all the latest Apple interface styles, and has tool sets like Apple's Keynote and Pages programs. Unbelievable real time preview power via your graphic card's power. This is what 3D should be. Watch out, Apple might snatch this baby up as one of their own! It has paid for itself in one small project alone. Don't hesitate, this product is just going to keep getting better, and it is already great! I move to remove, if any, old dissenting votes from beta versions! This is 5 Star Software this early on in its infancy. Very very impressive.

    "Awesome!"

    July 01, 2006   |   By VersionTrackerUserOpinion

    Version: Kinemac 1.2.1

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This is the 3D realtime animation program that many of us were waiting for. The power of the graphic card is used at its maximum so still a single G4 1400 MHz with a GeForce 4600Ti is able to perform (almost) like an ultimate dual G5 with 6800 Ultra.
This piece of art gives me the same excitement when years ago I saw Scala MM400 on the Amiga platform and it is definitively a must-have for all serious CG video operators. I think demomakers will love it too! ;-)

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I have been looking at many different 3D programs over the last few years in fact: Maya, Cinema 4D, Carrara, Sketchup - (Great) but the animation features and ease of use of Kinemac is unsurpassed.

I would recommend this program without hesitation, and have done so.

    Version: Kinemac 1.1.1

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This is truly one of the best 3D application apps that I have ever bought.
Not only is it well designed but EXTREMELY EASY TO USE for a non-3D developer.
I highly recommend anyone in buying this application. This is one of the few 5 star applicatons out there.

"Finally, 3D for video made (somewhat) simple and..."

    February 06, 2006   |   By steventv

    Version: Kinemac 1.0.0

    Summary

    ...quick!
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
If you don't want to learn "real 3d" for video titles, this program is for you.

Although still in it's infancy, this program allows you to make stunning titles and animations quickly. The learning curve is smaller, but still requires you to spend time with the tutorials and deal with some problems due to it being a early version.

The developer is very supportive, and stays in touch with the user base, answering all questions and working quickly to solve problems and release updated versions as quickly as he can. With the expected release of version 1.01 soon, users can expect many additions and enhancements to expedite this process. Although not completely mature, this program will offer the video editor or graphic artist a wealth of ways to use 3D somewhat quickly and easily. You will have to workaround some (minor and some major) limitations, but most of these problems should be remedied soon.

In all, I feel this program is for the person that wants to make great looking 3D animations and titles on a Mac quickly. The cost is well worth the price and free updates from the developer will keep the frustration level short and low. It has its problems like many version 1.0 programs do, but I expect this program to become mature quickly and be a â??must haveâ?? in the future.

If After Effects and Maya is too complicated, this may be just right for you. I expect to see this program in the mainstream very soon. One thingâ?¦you WILL spend many hours (days) playing with this program, but the developer has many well made professional templates available to get you up and running quickly, and more coming out soon.

I bought it, and I would rate this program a â??strong buyâ??.
