This utility removes the traces left behind on visited computers as well as your personal PC, although its functions are limited. Keynesis Portable Sweeper has a stylish interface that banishes Internet Explorer temp files, address bar, cookies, Windows history files, and Recycle Bin files lingering on any computer you operate. Although some of the program's functions are unavailable in the demo version, we are able to complete simple tasks such as erasing URLs and files and emptying the Recycle Bin. Unfortunately, Keynesis Portable Sweeper doesn't clear the tracks of third-party applications and is limited to IE users. Nevertheless, its ability to run directly from a removable hard drive without installation to the computer is impressive. Though this utility is convenient, users won't have a tough time locating a portable trace remover with more cleaning power.

Keynesis Poratble sweeper does not only delete the data, but also overwrites it with random information, so that deleted data can not be restored. Version 1.5 added a wiping mechanism, which overwrites deleted data with random information so that deleted information cannot be restored.
