Publisher's description
From QFX Software :KeyScrambler Personal is a free plug-in for your Web browser that protects everything you type from keyloggers. It defeats keyloggers by encrypting your keystrokes at the keyboard driver level, deep within the operating system. When the encrypted keystrokes reach your browser, KeyScrambler then decrypts them so you see exactly the keys you've typed. Keyloggers can only record the encrypted keys, which are completely indecipherable. Unlike anti-virus and anti-spyware programs that depend on recognition to remove keyloggers that they know about, KeyScrambler will protect you from both known and unknown keyloggers. What's more, KeyScrambler provides protection without getting in your way. You don't have anything to learn about the program and you don't have to do anything differently, but with KeyScrambler your important personal information will be a whole lot safer.

Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
"Another layer of security for concerned users."
Pros: Doesn't hog resources, works in the background.
Cons: It would be nice if there was a way of determining that the program is ACTUALLY working!
Summary: I guess no news is good news. The program apparently works, but there's no way to determine if it in fact DOES work. But, the price was right and as long as it is not sending my keystrokes to someone else, that's fine with me!

Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
Pros: The free version (Personal) works with Internet Explorer,Flock, or Firefox but not Google Chrome. A border at the top shows the encrypted characters as you type.
Cons: I guess it works? I mean how do you know it really works? It won't prevent a program from screenshotting what you're doing. I'm not an IT professional, I just want to be able to surf the damn web and not have my life compromised.
Summary: It seems to work but somehow I wish I knew if the program does what it says it's supposed to do.

Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
"Another level of security comfort"
Pros: It works just fine. I like the bar that tells you it's working as you type. It can also be positioned where the user wants it on the window so as not to be distracting.
Cons: None noted.

Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
Pros: The program tends to itself, comes on when I open an internet browser and goes away when not needed and keeps a lookout for new versions.
Cons: Sometimes blocks my auto fill option.
Summary: Its my kind of program, it gives me another layer of security, isn't a resource hog and its free!
