Kazi sound recorder can also converts audio formats MP3, WAV, OGG, and WMA from one to another.

Pros
Good, fast support for any problems. Good, intuitive interface.
Cons
Haven't had any problems with product. Have used it since 2004.
Summary
For quick and dirty copies of anything playing on your computer, this is an easy way to get a wav or mp3 file of it. You still need an editor to make modifications.
