This free browser-based search companion places an additional toolbar in Internet Explorer but brings nothing new to the party. KaZaZZ! Ask Anything Toolbar provides a nondescript search box and a few quick links to search for, well, just about anything. It brings some useful yet standard features to your browser, including links to yellow pages, message boards and more. All of its toolbar functions are, of course, programmed to search using the KaZaZZ search engine.
Although adding this search companion won't do any harm, you could get by with simply opening the KaZaZZ homepage or any other search engine. Unlike similar apps, this one doesn't provide handy extras like a pop-up blocker or a way to clear your browser history, cookies, and caches. All things considered, this little freebie doesn't hurt anything, but it won't exactly help you either.
