CNET Editors' review
The features on this free job-search toolbar were all in working order during our tests, but we weren't impressed with the limited job opportunities it brought to the table.
Jobjob.org Toolbar's standard components--pop-up blocker, e-mail notification, weather forecast--all worked well. The Internet Radio is the most impressive feature on this toolbar. It comes with a huge list of career-related stations. Each station immediately started to play on the radio and played without interruption--a rarity among Internet radios. We found most of the links to be valuable resources for career information. The feeds shortcut featured job listings from Monster.com and we found links to Jobjob.org and various other recruiting Web sites. But that's about it.
Jobjob.org is a Web site that compiles job postings from all the popular career Web sites, but we found that most of the jobs posted on the site came from one specific source. Links on the toolbar to popular career Web sites would have been a more helpful option. Despite everything, this toolbar's saving grace is its Internet radio, making this a worthy download for anyone on the hunt for a new job.
